This is a Government Institution under the Ministry of Education State Department of Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET). It offers courses at Artisan, Craft Certificate and Diploma levels that incorporate Entrepreneurship Training, ICT and Industrial Attachment/Mentorship to prepare the trainees for formal and self-employment. Examining bodies include; The Kenya National Examinations council (KNEC), National Industrial Training Authority (NITA), Curriculum Development, Accreditation and Certification Council (CDACC) and in the near future International Computer Driving License (ICDL). Total Technical and Vocational College is a member of the Kenya Association of Technical Training Institutions (KATTI) amongst others.

LEVEL 3, 4, 5, AND LEVEL 6 COURSES

Total Technical and Vocational College offers CBET courses at Artisan/ Level 3&4, Craft/Level 5 and Diploma/Level 6 Courses, plus a variety of short-courses in the part-time programmes. JANUARY 2026 INTAKE IS ONGOING

For Level 3, KCPE is required. KCSE E for Lelel 4, KCSE D+ for Level 5 and KCSE C- for Level 6
